Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons instant minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Shake ingredients in an airtight container to mix well. Store in a cool, dark place for up to a year.
