- 2 tablespoons salt

- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
Shake ingredients in an airtight container to mix well. Store in a cool, dark place for up to a year.
