Rum Date Cheese Ball
2/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup pitted dates
8oz cheddar cheese, cubed
8oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp rum
Pulse walnuts in food processor 6 times. Remove and set aside.
Pulse dates in food processor 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredents and pulse 1 minute.
Mold into a ball, cover and place in frig for 4 hours.
Remove and roll in nuts.
Serve with ginger snaps.
