Rum Frosting

Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tblsp milk
1-2 tblsp dark rum
1 tsp vanilla


In a large bowl, beat softened butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.


Gradually add 2 c. sifted powdered sugar, beating well.


Slowly beat in milk, dark rum and vanilla. (Mixture may appear curdled).


Slowly beat in 2 c. sifted powdered sugar.


If necessary, add more milk to make


spreadable.
