Rum Glazed Pork

Why I Love This Recipe

This is super easy, tasty and fast.


Ingredients You'll Need

3/4 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C rum
4 t Dijon mustard


Directions

1. Preheat broiler. Pound pork to 2 inches thick the palm of your hand or or the back of a heavy skillet. Line baking sheet with foil. Place pork on sheet and broil 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes.


2. Pork is done when meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.


3. Meanwhile, mix together brown sugar, rum and mustard. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Or heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes until sauce is hot. Slice pork and spoon sauce over pork.
