Russian Tea Cakes
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cups nuts
Mix dry ingredients. cut in butter- add vanilla and nuts.
Shape into one-inch balls. bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm. roll again when cool.
