- 1 Tbsp Brown sugar.
- 1 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp GF Soy sauce
- 1 Clove of garlic minced
- Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes, can be longer.
- BBQ salmon with skin side down until almost cooked.
- Flip and cook a minute more.
