1 diente de ajo
1 cebolla picada
Queso añejo

Aceite para freír


Procedimiento


Freír los chiles en el aceite, desvenarlos y molerlos con el ajo.


Agregar el pulque y la cebolla. Sazonar con sal y espolvorear con queso añejo.
