Pairs Well With

it is paired with any. eaten for breakfast, eaten with any curries for lunch and dinner eaten as a snack eaten in marriages, christings, festivals, offering to the departed souls, and for any occassion.

well this is not an ordinary recipe its has been handed down from generation to generation to the girl child of each nepali house or family. and the most extra ordinary thing about this recipe is that all the ingredients are same in each house but the taste is different from house to house or family or each time a newly girl child is married off. a new taste emerges.

This is so unique.. I don't think I've ever heard of this recipe or process of deep fried rice floured bread.... fascinating!
