- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2-3 inch celery sticks
- Combine first 9 ingredients mixing well.
- Stuff mixture into celery sticks.
- Yields 8 serv.
