SHRIMP and PASTA SALAD
8 oz uncooked veggie bow tie pasta
1/4 cup white onion, minced
1/3 cup Light Mayonnaise Dressing
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh dill
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 lb medium cooked shrimp, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
1.Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions.
2.Drain and rinse with cold water.
3.In a medium bowl, combine onions, Light Mayonnaise Dressing, vinegar, mustard and dill and mix well.
4.Add tomatoes and any juice from the tomatoes, shrimp, pasta.
5. Salt and pepper to taste, toss well and place in a large bowl.
