SIMPLY RICH CHOCOLATE SYRUP
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 bar (8 oz.) finely chopped NESTLÉ CHOCOLATIER 53% Cacao Dark Chocolate Baking Bar
1 tablespoon of butter, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon butter
HEAT half-and-half and sugar to a gentle boil in small, heavy-duty saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add dark Chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter, cut into pieces.
Stir until mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted.
Add 1 tablespoon butter; stir.
Store syrup in re-useable container in refrigerator.
