STILTON VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Stilton cheese


Combine all ingredients in the work bowl of the food processor except, canola oil, yogurt and cheese. With motor running gradually pour the oil through the feed tube. Remove to a bowl and stir in yogurt. Break up Stilton cheese and stir in. Refrigerate until ready to use. Follow instructions for recipe you are making.
