SUFFED HONEY CHICKEN
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 Tablespoons of herbed boursin cheese
12 slices of bacon
1/2 cup honey
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut a slit in each chicken breast and stuff with equal amounts of boursin cheese; Wrap each stuffed breast with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Spray broiler pan with cooking spray and arrange chicken on broiler pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked; Drizzle with honey during the final five minutes of cook time.
