SUNFLOWER & SESAME SQUARES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered milk
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  • In a pan over low heat melt honey and peanut butter till smooth, but don't cook, or boil it.
  • Add rest of ingredients.
  • Press into 8 by 8 pan. and bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes
  • Do not over bake.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
