SUPER CHOWDERS
This is a basic chowder which you can select your own mix of ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- Vegetables;
- For Cheese and Veggie
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 can (15 oz.) corn
- 1 box frozen chopped kale (10 oz.)
- For Salmon and Dill:
- 4 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 cups frozen green peas
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- For Corn and Clam:
- 4 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) drained corn
- 3/4 cup choped celery
- Stir-Ins:
- Cheese and Veggie
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1 1/2 cups)
- Salmon and Dill:
- 1 (14 oz.) can pink salmon, drained and broken up
- Corn and Clam:
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. ea.) minced clams
- Garnish:
- For Cheese and Veggie
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- For Salmon and Dill:
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- For Corn and Clam:
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
