INGREDIENTS
- 1 med. cabbage, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 2/3 c. suga
- r 1 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Boil dressing ingredients for one minute. Cool.
Pour over vegetables.
Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
