SWEET AND SOUR RIBS (Serves 4)
Brown Sugar Sauce:
2 cups firm packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Tbs. soy sauce or to taste
2 Tbs. Ketchup
1/4 tsp ground ginger or to taste
1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 lbs meaty pork spareribs cut into 2 or 3 rib sections
