1. Uncooked rice 1 cup
2. Milk 2 cups
3. Water 1 and ½ cups
4. Sugar 1 and ½ cups
5. Dice cut apple ½ cup
6. Dice cut pineapple ½ cup
7. Banana pieces ½ cup
8. Butter 2 tbsp
Directions
PROCESS
• Keep rice in double boiling method, mix butter and ½ cup water with rice ( keep the rice in a bowl, cover the bowl, place the bowl inside a pan, add water in the pan, the amount of water should cover the half portion of the bowl and stem for 15 minutes, you can add water in pan if required)
• Mix 1 cup water and sugar and keep for boil, add apple and pineapple, when the amount of water will be half, remove from the heat, the sugar syrup should not be very thick
• Keep milk to boil and add rice, cook for 15 minutes
• Add fruits and sugar syrup, cook for 5 minutes
• Add banana
• Served chilled
