Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon ground sage
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix sage, lemon pepper, dried rosemary, garlic powder and dried thyme. Rub the mixture into meat. Grill until done.

Notes

Sage is the dominant spice in this rub for spareribs, veal, turkey or chicken. I usually pour barbeque sauce over the meat during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
