As I booked a trip to Caribbean, my husband grabbed the rum and whipped up this yummy creation. It made me feel like I was already in the islands!

- 1 banana
- 1" fresh organic pineapple (cut as a horizontal slice from a fresh pineapple)
- 1/2" Organic Creamed Coconut
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS
Blend together in the Vitamix and pour into glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg as a garnish.
