- 1/2" Organic Creamed Coconut
- 2 oz coconut rum

- Blend together in the Vitamix and pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg as a garnish.
NotesAs I booked a trip to Caribbean, my husband grabbed the rum and whipped up this yummy creation. It made me feel like I was already in the islands!
