Salad Dressing with an Asian Flair

Ingredients

1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup soybean oil
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped onion
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon each salt and round ginger


Combine all ingredients in blender container or work bowl of food


processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings, about 2 tablespoons each (unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator).
