Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp of prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Steak:
  • 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 package of Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside.Combine all steak ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape beef mixture into 5 oblong patties and brown in oiled skillet on both sides.Drain off excess fat.Pour gravy mixture over patties, cover and
