INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 5
- Sauce:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of prepared horseradish
- 3/4 cup of water
- Salt and pepper
- Steak:
- 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 package of Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside.Combine all steak ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape beef mixture into 5 oblong patties and brown in oiled skillet on both sides.Drain off excess fat.Pour gravy mixture over patties, cover and
