Sally's New England Noodle & Clam Chowder
1 tbls butter
2 tbls chopped celery
2 tbls chopped onion
2 cups boiling water
1 envelope noodle soup
1 - 10 1/2 oz can minced clams with liquid
1 cup light cream
Melt butter in pan. saute onions and celery.
Stir in water, soup mix, clam liquid and 1/2 of the clams; bring to a boil. Cook 5 -7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in remaining clams and cream
