- 1 tbls butter
- 2 tbls chopped celery
- 2 tbls chopped onion
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 envelope noodle soup
- 1 - 10 1/2 oz can minced clams with liquid
- 1 cup light cream
- Melt butter in pan. saute onions and celery.
- Stir in water, soup mix, clam liquid and 1/2 of the clams; bring to a boil. Cook 5 -7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining clams and cream
