SALMON + GARLIC AOLI CIABATTA SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Spinach
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Mayo
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Hot Sauce
  • Parsley

Directions

  • Mix mayo, garlic, thyme, hot sauce, salt/pepper and parsley in a food processor in order to make the aoli
  • Cut ciabatta bread in half and drizzle each side with salt/pepper and olive oil
  • Bake the bread until crispy
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper
  • Sautee salmon on both sides in olive oil. (3-4 minutes each side)
  • Smear aoli on both sides of the bread.
  • Make a sandwich using the salmon and the spinach
