Salmon + Garlic Aoli Ciabatta Sandwich
Mix mayo, garlic, thyme, hot sauce, salt/pepper and parsley in a food processor in order to make the aoli
Cut ciabatta bread in half and drizzle each side with salt/pepper and olive oil
Bake the bread until crispy
Season salmon with salt and pepper
Sautee salmon on both sides in olive oil. (3-4 minutes each side)
Smear aoli on both sides of the bread.
Make a sandwich using the salmon and the spinach
