Salmon Balls

Serves 18 | Prep Time 2-3 | Cook Time 20

Ingredients

250 g. salmon (fresh, frozen or canned. I find canned to be easiest)
1 egg
20 g. fine oats
Fresh black pepper and salt
Optional other spices


1. Drain Salmon if canned


2. Combine all ingredients into bowl


3. Form 18 balls


4. Place on baking paper on baking sheet


5. Bake 180 C for 20 min
