SALMON BALLS

Ingredients

  • 250 g. salmon (fresh, frozen or canned. I find canned to be easiest)
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g. fine oats
  • Fresh black pepper and salt
  • Optional other spices

Directions

  • 1. Drain Salmon if canned
  • 2. Combine all ingredients into bowl
  • 3. Form 18 balls
  • 4. Place on baking paper on baking sheet
  • 5. Bake 180 C for 20 min
