SALMON CAESAR SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- salmon fillets
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- romaine lettuce
- Any other desired vegetables or salad toppings
DIRECTIONS
Lay yogurt on several layers of paper towels. Spread to 1/2" thickness. Cover with more layers of paper towels and let sit for 5 minutes. Then combine yogurt and next 7 items in food processor. Once combined, let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare grill or skillet. Rub salmon with salt, pepper, dill, garlic (if you want) and lemon juice. Cook salmon until flakes.
Top romaine lettuce with salmon and any other salad items you like. Pour desired amount of dressing on salad. Enjoy!
