2 cans of salmon, drained & flaked
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup each, finely chopped onions and celery
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Mix well and put in greased 2 qt casserole dish.
Top with Pillsbury cresent rolls that have been separated into triangles.
Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes
Pairs Well With
I don't know about anyone else but I get tired of meat loaf. This is a quick to prepare and tasty substitute for ground beef and then I always have canned salmon on hand.
