Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil


Directions

Drain and flake salmon, removing any black skin and bones, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine salmon with onion, celery salt and parsley. Add egg and reserved salmon liquid. Stir in flour. Shape into patties. Fry in oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
