Salmon with Spicy Red Pepper Pesto
4 (6-ounce) servings of salmon
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers, with some oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
7 whole blanched almonds
3 garlic cloves
roughly 5-7 leaves of basil
1 tsp cayenne
1. Heat up the cuisinart grill
2. Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and create the pesto.
3. Cook the salmon while the pesto rests
4. Add the pesto to the salmon, voila!
