- 4 (6-ounce) servings of salmon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers, with some oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 7 whole blanched almonds
- 3 garlic cloves
- roughly 5-7 leaves of basil
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1. Heat up the cuisinart grill
- 2. Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and create the pesto.
- 3. Cook the salmon while the pesto rests
- 4. Add the pesto to the salmon, voila!
