Salmon with a pistachio crumb

Ingredients

2 small salmon fillets
Green beans
Kale
Spinach
Chickpeas
Courgetti
Green Pepper
Soy sauce
Chilli
Ginger
Pistachios


1. Fry salmon


2. Place kale in oven, roast until crispy


3. Boil green beans and chickpeas


4. Fry sliced peppers, courgetti and spinach


5. Mix soy sauce, chilli and ginger


6. Assemble veg and place together on a plate.


7. Place salmon on top, pouring the soy mixture on top.


8. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top.
