Serves 6-10 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon sea or coarse salt
1-2 large ripe tomato diced
2-3 jalepeños diced
1-2 large onion diced
1 bunch of cilantro chopped


Chop and mix, or blend to get more of a saucy texture. Fresh and easy, I make it for every party and serve it with chips as an app and just about all my favorite Hispanic entrees. Serves about 6-10 salsa lovers and keeps well for about a week.
