Salsa Salad

We had a salad like this in a restaurant in Aruba called Pinchos. My family loved it and I tried to recreate it when we came home. Its very pretty & different.

CATEGORIES

Beans  Fruit  Misc. Salad  Refrigerator  Salad  Side Dish  Vegetable 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can each black beans drained
  • kidney beans drained
  • button mushrooms drained (I prefer fresh mushrooms)
  • corn thawed if frozen
  • onion to taste
  • green & red & yellow peppers diced
  • chunk pineapple drained

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients.


Chill and Serve.
