SALSA DE NOTEBOOM

INGREDIENTS
- 1 28 ounce can del monte diced tomatoes
- 4 green onion
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro or flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of sugar
DIRECTIONS
put all the greens in a food processor and pulse to desired chunkness
add the dice tomatoes and pulse again
add red wine vinegar, sugar and salt to taste pulse in and your good to go
