Ingredients

1 28 ounce can del monte diced tomatoes
4 green onion
1 medium jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro or flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of sugar


put all the greens in a food processor and pulse to desired chunkness


add the dice tomatoes and pulse again


add red wine vinegar, sugar and salt to taste pulse in and your good to go
