SALSA DE NOTEBOOM

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce can del monte diced tomatoes
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro or flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Directions

  • put all the greens in a food processor and pulse to desired chunkness
  • add the dice tomatoes and pulse again
  • add red wine vinegar, sugar and salt to taste pulse in and your good to go
