2 large cans whole tomatoes
1 large onion
6-12 serrano peppers, stems cut off
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Combine tomatoes, serrano peppers and onion in food processor, pulse to combine/crush. Add medium handful of cilantro and the spices, pulse again.
Serve with chips or over chicken.
You can make milder or hotter by adding/removing peppers from the recipe.
