Salt and pepper Courgette fries and dippy egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil eggs in sauce pan for 4 minutes.
2. Cut courgette into chips and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place courgette under the grill, spray with low calorie fry light.
4. Leave for 5 minutes, turn and leave for a further 5 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.
