Preheat oven to 375

Cover a cookie sheet with foil and generously spray with cooking spray. Cover with saltine crackers.

Bring butter to a boil. Add brown sugar. Let boil for 3 minutes continuously stirring.

Pour mixture over crackers.

Place in oven and bake 3-5 minutes.

Remove from oven and cover with c. chips. Let melt and spread.

Place in fridge and let set up.

Break into pieces and enjoy!

Store in fridge.
