SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY CHICKEN

San Joaquin Valley Chicken

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 can (4 ounces) black, pitted olives, diced
  • 1 can (4 ounces) green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

DIRECTIONS

Combine cooked chicken and all other ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F
