Sand Tart Cookies
4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
4 divided eggs
3-1/2 cups flour
brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
Blend brown sugar, butter, 3 eggs and enough flour to make a soft dough.
Wrap dough in wax paper and chill over night.
Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters.
Beat remaining egg and brush over the tops of cookies.
Combine equal brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cookies.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
