INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1 whole onion, minced fine
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1 can tomatoes with puree (sieved)
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
Cook garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 40 minutes or until desired thickness has been reached. Remove bay leaves. Can sauce.
