INGREDIENTS

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 6 slices jack cheese
  • 6 rolls split
  • 2 tbsp. oleo

DIRECTIONS

Instructions:


Pound chicken breasts slightly to flatten. Brush both sides with oil. Combine seasonings. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken.


Grill over med. hot coals 6-8 min. Turn and grill 4 - 6 min. more. Top with cheese. Allow to melt 2 min. Place on rolls.
