Santa Fe Soup
2 lbs. ground chuck beef
1 can black beans-16 oz. w/ juice
1 can kidney beans-16 oz. w/ juice
1 can pinto beans-16 oz. w/ juice
2 cans white corn w/ juice
4 cups water
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-tel
2 pkgs. ranch dressing mix
2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
Brown beef and onion- then drain.
Mix remaining ingredients with the beef. Simmer for 30 mins.
Serve with Fritos, sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa
