- 1 can 11 oz. Mexicorn, drained
- 1 C. salsa
- 1 lime, juice & zested
- 4 C. torn Romaine lettuce
- 1 10 oz. pkg. Sliced & Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast
- In a bowl, combine Mexicorn, salsa, 1 Tbsp. lime juice & zest. Place chicken on top of lettuce and top with corn salsa mix.
