- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 4 kale leaves
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- a stalk of green grapes (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 1 apple
- 1 cup of ice
- Blend all ingredients, except ice, for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and blend for an additional 15-20 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy!
NotesAfter a crazy, busy week, it’s time to refresh - from the inside out. This smoothie originated in leftover produce that I found in the fridge… all blended together to create something really yummy! What a way to start the day - with more than 3 servings of fruits and veggies each - before 9am!
