- 1 small leek
- 8 -10 medium size mushrooms
- 6 small carrots
DIRECTIONS
cut veggies into small pieces and fry in a pan in some olive oil ca 1 tbsp. Spice with some black pepper freshly ground. Add some milk, a pinch of butter and 2 deci litres grated cheese of your choice.
Mix 1 tbsp of Maizena corn starck with 2-3 tbsp cold milk then add to vegetable sauce. Salt to taste.
Cook 1 pck of Barilla Pasta of your choice, either e.g. spaghetti, penne, farfalle
