Saurkraut Salad

Ingredients

3 cups drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup chopped celery
1 can (1 lb.) garbanzo beans, drained
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. minced pimiento
2 green onions, chopped


Combine sauerkraut, oil, vinegar, celery, drained beans, sugar, pepper, green pepper, pimiento and onions and mix well.



Refrigerate at least 12 hours to blend flavors.
