- 1-1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 15-oz can 15 vegetables, drained
- Brown sausage and drain if desired. Add broth and rice, bring to a boil.Simmer for 25 minutes. During the last 8 minutes, add the vegetables.
