Sausage Cornbread Bake
1 lb bulk sausage
1 lg onion chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 C Martha White Buttermilk Self-rising Corn Meal Mix
1-17 oz can creamed corn
3/4 C milk
2 C grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 425°.
Grease a 10 1/2" skillet or 2 qt. baking dish.
Set aside. Brown sausage and onion in a medium skillet; drain well. Combine eggs, corn meal, corn, and milk.
Pour half of the corn meal mixture into the prepared pan; sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese.
Pour remaining corn meal mixture over the top.
Bake 30-40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
