SAUSAGE FETTUCCINI

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 T. all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 to 2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 to 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-oz. pkg. fettuccini, cooked

Directions

  • Brown sausage, garlic, and onion; whisk in flour, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly without boiling. Mix in cooked fettuccini and gently toss until coated.
