Sausage Gravy for Biscuits
1 lb. bulk sausage
4 Tbs. flour
4 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
In a pot or skillet fry sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.
Add Flour right to pot or skillet and stir until all grease is soaked up.
Add Milk and bring to a boil. Stirring occasionally until it thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over Biscuits.

- I like using Jimmy Deans Hot Sausage to give it that added flavor but any kind of sausage will do.
- You can modify this recipe to make a lot or just a little. For every cup of milk, use 1 Tbs. of flour.
