  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper


  • Brown and crumble breakfast sausage on medium high heat. Slowly add flour to coat sausage. Allow flour to soak up grease and cook off a little. Pour in a little bit of the milk and stir to start the thickening process. Add the remaining milk and allow to come to a bubble and thicken. Stir in some salt and pepper and serve over warm biscuits.
